What is your return policy?

I do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges across any items on my shop.

This is due to the fact that my items are personalised & handmade to order - meaning that once an item is made and / or personalised, I can not guarantee that it will re-sell if returned.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on my current turn around time, this will always be displayed on the top of my page!

This will also depend on the shipping method you chose at checkout - We currently have 3 options available

Royal Mail Guaranteed next day delivery

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, unfortunately not. This is something I am currently working on making possible, however if you live outside the UK give me a message and ill see what I can do!

Can I change colours & fonts on a certain item?

Usually the items we provide this option for will already have this choice available, however yes this is definitley possible. Just give me a message and let me know what item you would like to change!

How do I place a custom order and how much do they cost?

So if you would like to place a custom order, please give me a message over on Instagram to discuss what you would like. Reference pictures are super helpful but not essential!

Custom orders are available on any items on my shop, you can customise something already made, or come up with your own design.

Prices will vary depending on what you would like, the designs etc.
